With immediate effect, Alexander Rose has been appointed head of customer service and sales at Ahrensburg-based language services provider WIENERS+WIENERS. In this role, he will be responsible for the company’s areas which deal closely with customers. The newly created position is a response to the continuously increasing demand from customers and the changing requirements that come with it.
The scope of responsibility for Alexander Rose includes overall management of customer service, including project management as well as sales and marketing. In addition to acquiring new customers and growing the relationship with existing customers, his activities will focus on the establishment of professional sales structures.
Rose has many years of experience in sales and management in the translation and localisation industry. Most recently he was the director of business development for Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Munich-based Welocalize Deutschland GmbH. As the new interface between company management and the areas of the company that deal with customers, he will report directly to managing partner Kai-Dominik Weyel.
